Imagine yourself on board a luxurious 12 meter long Benneteau sailing yacht, cruising in the blue waters of Mallorca’s east coast, tasting the typical Mediterranean delights produced by Chef Nico Rosa and always accompanied by a well-chilled Cava or a fresh Spanish wine harmonized with the tasting menu.
Chef Nico Rosa has been working with haute cuisine for over 30 years, having studied at famous institutes around the world. As has worked in Michelin’s starred restaurants. And for more than 15 years he was in charge of his gastronomy institute in São Paulo, Brazil. Associated with ICIF (Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners) one of the most prestigious school in Italy.
As captain, Nico has been on board boats since he was seven years old, where he already accompanied his father on fishing and sailing trips. Nico often jokes that at least one of his veins runs salty water. On his sixth boat, “Chef 7 Mares”, where he has been bringing together his two great passions, good food and sailing for nine seasons in Cala D´Or. Where he Feels Fulfilled.

Day Gastroboat Experience
An unforgettable experience with a tasting menu prepared by Chef Nico on board
During this GASTROBOAT EXPERIENCE Chef Nico Rosa prepares right in front of you 6 starters, main course, and dessert.
You will taste delicious Mediterranean dishes, like his Italian family recipe of caponata, the fresh fish “a la plancha” and king prawns Nico’s Style or the juicy entrecote or veggie option, always, with fresh products from the Island.
Premium open bar with cava natural brut, Spanish Rioja white or rosado wine, cold beer, and sodas, from the beginning till the end.
Everything is prepared at the moment, with fresh ingredients of the island, while you have fun in the waters of the Mediterranean sea. As always, with the highest quality selected, by him personally.
Sailing in the turquoise blue waters of Mallorca, Nico will serve the starters on one beach, the main course on another beach and dessert on a third beach, depending on anchoring conditions.
Where you are invited to swim, snorkel, floating noddles, get a tan on the deck and practice Paddle Board, all provided by us, without any extra cost.
Depending on the wind and the sea. We will choose if we’ll go south or north.
If we go south, we strongly suggest going to Mondrago Natural Park
If we go north, we can go to the tiny calas that we have like Mitjana, Sa Nau, Marçal. PRICES AND SCHEDULES

Sailing in the turquoise blue waters of Mallorca, Nico will serve the appetizers at one of the stunning beaches of east coast of the island.
Where you are invited to swim, snorkel, floating noddles, get a tan on the deck and practice Paddle Board, all provided by us, without any extra cost.
We will go north to one of the tiny coves that we have there, like Serena or Mitjana or Sa Nau.
